There are many reasons that conservatives rallied so strongly around Jeff Sessions in his recent conflict with President Trump. Last night, we gained another reason to be glad that he runs the Department of Justice.

If Sessions can get going on this, he will do much to atone for his disastrous recusal decision.
A good reason to like this is that unqualified minority athletes get accepted to (formerly) quality colleges and universities by Affirmative Action. I’d much rather that minorities have to meet the same rigorous standards as everyone else. That way, they’ll work harder and only the most qualified will be accepted.
Trump attacked Scaliua for his opposition to Affirmative Action. He won't like what Sessions is doing.
A good place to start looking for Sessions, and his crew, would be the University of Michigan Dearborn, MI.
Back in the mid 70’s this Big 10 school was discounting the White Male SAT Scores at least 15% or more.

Sandra Day O’Conner ruled .....something along the lines,..of Yes, the White Males test scores were in fact discounted , but it was for the support of affirmative action requirements, ......so, ....What of it? Next Case.

If Trump wants to really get the leftist indoctrinated millenials on his side, he should get these college Presidents in front of Congress to explain their extreme price gouging of tuition, get them to account for it or cut off all federal funding.
Athletes aren’t a factor in graduate school admissions. In undergrad admissions, they’re numerically, if not financially, insignificant.

Isn’t Affirmative Action more of an issue to be dealt with courts? Worthless Congress can help by threatening Federal funds by non compliance of discrimination issues. In my opinion the AG has much bigger fish to fry with the treason of Deep State Swamp and especially Clinton and Obama. The leaks need to be sealed,Clinton investigated,Obama holdovers kicked out and all high crimes connected to the last Administration and current holdovers investigated thoroughly.
If the federal government didn’t guarantee financial aid to people that aren’t qualified to attend college and never pay it back, the universities would probably lower tuition.
They also have disdain for white FEmales. Many of them have a ‘tude about most everything and everybody.
Lawsuits have been filed in Federal courts by a large group of Asian-American organizations. The Justice Department can take a position in support of the equal treatment required by law, or (like the Obama Administration) it can oppose the law. It’s not as if they have only one employee and have to abandon Deep State Swamp etc., etc. in order to promote race-blind college admissions.
Sessions is coming to life, wow. Good for him.
