While I agree with this statement, the Awans seem to be following the radical Islamist model. They operate a self serving gang and have allegiance to radical Islam. When Alvi worked at the Space Conference in Pakistan late last year, that in itself is almost a certain indication of a connection to the Pakistan government. How could it not be?

Why would anyone believe some of the ill gotten funds are not going to fund Islamic terrorists? That seems to be the fee for doing business under the radical Islamist business model. The Islamist gangs are free to operate in the west so long as the funnel money back to the Islamist operatives.
