Sig Heil is right! The funny thing is just where did they all come from in such a hurry?
I’ve been routinely driving between the Bay Area and Monterey quite often and I NEVER see a CHP on the highway unless he’s sleeping on a night construction project. One thing seems obvious, they are no longer about “patrolling our highways!”
