Why wasn’t anyone fired? I guess law - breaking is OK in government . How pathetic.

U.S. Postal Service had violated a federal law, and the agency has promised changes

Violated the law--in other words a crime was comitted--any prosecutions ?

They probably got paid for time off but not by the postal service. Can anyone say postal workers union? How about a rule change that says a postal employee cannot take any unpaid time off until they have exhausted their paid leave including all accumulated allowable carry-over time—problem solved.
