Ten years ago I used to give a talk every semester to the Premeds at a local State U. I was not surprised to see the classes were less than 5% white male. Mostly racial minorities, almost all female. This was ten to eight years ago. I am certain it is worse now.
So where are all the guys? It’s not as if there’s a draft.

Perhaps those racial minorities and females know they can get better scores on the MCAT than their non-female, non-minority counterparts.
