H.R. McMaster's Former Firm Funded by Sharia-Ruled Bahrain — Up to 25% of Total Income

TEL AVIV — The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), where White House National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster has been listed as a member for 11 years, quietly took in about $32.5 million in funding from Bahrain, a country whose constitution explicitly enshrines Sharia Islamic law as the governing doctrine. The funding from Bahrain, a repressive regime with a dismal human rights track record but also an important regional U.S. ally, reportedly amounted to one quarter of the think tank’s total income.

A significant portion of this funding reportedly pays for the think tank’s annual conference in Bahrain, the Mamana Dialogue. The original agreement between IISS and Bahrain to finance the conference contained a clause calling for the memorandum of understanding to remain confidential, according to the document, which was leaked by a watchdog and published by the Guardian newspaper last year.

As a member of IISS, McMaster participated in the Sixth Mamana Dialogue summit in Bahrain from December 11 to December 13, 2009, Breitbart News found. He is listed in IISS literature as being part of the Mamana Dialogue’s four-person panel that year on “military transformation, intelligence and security cooperation.”

Why are active-duty generals allowed to be involved in anything except their jobs?

The more I hear of McMaster, the more I think he’s CLEARLY a Saudi-funded Obama plant/promoted General. Why has he been a member of so many Islamist/Soros funded organizations WHILE ON ACTIVE DUTY?

McMaster, an Obama leftover must have something on Trump.
Why else would he keep him around?

Haven’t been there in awhile, but Bahrain was anything but “Sharia Compliant” when I was there. Between the Thursday night packed with drunk oil field Scots in the completely dis- and reassembled English pub in the Manama Gulf Hotel, to the BA flight attendants in swimming suits next morning that somehow became translucent when wet, Bahrain used to be the decompression chamber for the KSA Eastern Province Oil Fields. But maybe things have changed.

McMaster, an Obama leftover must have something on Trump.

He's not an Obama holdover-- Trump appointed him in February after Flynn resigned.

"Drain the Swamp" will live in infamy as "Read my Lips..."

It is astounding that it seems vetting and SIMPLE background checks were simply not done or letting all of these Obama holdovers exist is part of some other design.

For the life of me,and this country,I can see no reason to have, for all intents and purposes, left in place the third term of Obama in many essential points of government.Predictably these people have thus far done immeasurably harm since President Trump has been in office.

It is shocking that such insubordination, disloyalty and no recognizable worth to Trump and his global empire would ever be tolerated in civilian life let alone the most important executive office on the planet.

Trump has shown himself to be a greater judge of character and a greater mastery of psychology than any leader in the history of the Republic.

I suspect he is keeping McMaster on side for a very good reason. Either he has in mind that he needs to keep him close before launching a deceive counter attack on the globalists or he is possibly a triple agent, working for the Patriots all along

McMaster was at IISS for a year from mid-2006 to mid-2007. He would have been there as either a student or UNPAID visiting scholar. He could not be paid by IISS while on active duty. From my reading of IISS website, they have kept his name on their website because of that association. It would be illegal for them to be paying him.

What I have not found is the date that Soros began giving money to IISS. Was it before or after McMaster was there? If after, I don’t see how he can be accused of being a Soros pawn.
