You nailed it Sharky!
Take your pay and go home at the end of the day. A company is an inhuman entity that operates by a different set of rules than you do.
So, while the engineer in question takes the fall, how many thousands - if not millions - of STEM white males have now figured out the game? If everyone knows there are significant, biological and genetic differences, then who really cares if everyone mouths some ridiculous party line?
Isn't one of the hallmarks of being a conservative as being able to deal with reality, and adapt? At the end of the day, if a company you happen to work for (or is a customer) which is gaining market share because of their lies, then who cares if you're personally making bank?
Politics and the public square are where opinions matter; not the private workspace. Everyone got on Kapernick for confusing these two separate environments. Work is where you toe the line, do what you have to do to make money - within the law - and don't let it effect your emotional behavior.
That's what wimps do - it's a feminine characteristic unbecoming in men.

I think that’s reasonable, so long as it applies both ways. What if an employer decides to fire someone for supporting a leftist cause or saying something non-conservative? I imagine that all he11 would break loose and there would be a civil rights lawsuit or something similar.
