The majority of large US companies out there that are ate up with the diversity movement practice a campaign against their white male employees. Trust me I and my white male working stiffs face everyday at Dow Chemical.

Of course TDCC had their head so far up ObucketOshiite's a$$ all of their upper management's ears were dripping brown and walked like him.

Companies basically have no choice in the matter. Affirmative action (quotas) is a matter of federal law. And this "does" result in hiring and promotion of those not qualified for the positions they hold. That some of those same people push the envelope is no surprise.

So true.

It’s a “key initiative” in the banking / financial sector as well.

They are eaten up with the stupid. Forget hiring the “best candidate”, hire the demographically correct candidate and make sure they get promoted.

I recently hired for a position on my London team, and I was “strongly encouraged” to hire a female for this VP-level position.

Guess how many females applied (out of 27 applicants)?
