Even if that were true which it isn’t 100 nukes is enough to destroy any country
Nuclear Counter Force could take out at least 1/2 of them.
ABM Defense would get another couple of dozen.
While 25 or so nukes would be devastating, it would be nothing like the result of the AT LEAST 1,000 warheads that would hit China in the first 40 minutes.
Or 2,000.
And that is part of China’s calculus when they ponder direct confrontation with the US.
