I just sent an email to the Michigan Attorney General and cc’d my Senator (both Republican).

And, here's the response from my Senator:

"Thank you for your correspondence. We appreciate your opinion on the President of the United States. However, we are not permitted to discuss any topics related to elections and campaigns, under state law, PA 388 of 1976."
