“Young Murdoch” is following the well worn path of other children whose parent has created a fortune...and the path leads the untalented son down a path leading to the dissipation of that fortune.
Remember when the British publication associated with the Murdochs got in trouble for spying on emails? There were rumblings at the time that the US government might come after them here for the same thing. I believe Clinton was president at the time. Ever since then, Fox News and other things related to the Murdoch family have been getting less and less conservative. I think they were told that there would be no investigation if they started to toe the line.
Just my own personal conspiracy theory.
