A source with direct knowledge of these matters tells Breitbart News that the senior staff at the White House, including National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster, did not brief President Donald Trump on the collision the Navy destroyer USS John McCain had with an oil tanker near Singapore before he originally seemingly dismissed the incident saying, “that’s too bad.” Trump later, after receiving more information on it, tweeted that he hopes for the best for the lost sailors. The collision left 10 sailors missing and another five injured.
“That’s too bad,” Trump said when responding to shouted press questions about the collision of the USS John McCain with an oil tanker, per a White House pool report earlier in the evening.
Many took the comment to be disrespectful and something that critics would not let previous presidents get away with.

When Trump said, “That’s too bad”, maybe he thought it was the brain-damaged actual John McCain, and he said it in the Seinfeld-esque, “That’s a shame.”

This is insanity. The President gives a quick expression of remorse to a shouted out question and, once again, It’s not “good enough” for the howling wolf pack. Trump should stop communicating through the media entirely. Have a weekly “fireside chat” podcast from the White House that will go directly to the people and starve the media entirely.
You need to pay attention to the subtle way this is handled..it shows how Bannon is going to play this.

I have no doubt this is what Bannon was referring to, and I hope he declares war on these two faced scumbags.

I did read the article. Sorry, I was reacting to a snarky comment stating that Breitbart was becoming like a “gossip magazine” and, of course, it’s anything but. I adore a Breitbart and don’t like to see it trashed — even mildly.

Noticed one way Bannon may do this. Use Daily Mail as the resource on Breitbart. Kind of takes it off his back.
