Arizona never “springs forward” nor “springs backwards”. I believe we are currently on Pacific Time which I believe puts us 3 hours behind Eastern Standard time.

Again, as I type this, it’s now 10:42 am here in Phoenix. So it’s about 8 hours and 18 minutes until the rally starts in Phoenix.

I'm so surprised at that. I thought it was only remote parts of the country that didn't observe DST - a county here and there. Phoenix is FAR from "remote" of course!

No, Phoenix is on Mountain Standard Time. During the summer that is equivalent to Pacific Daylight Time.

>>>Arizona never “springs forward” nor “springs backwards”<<<

I believe the saying is “Spring ahead and Fall back” which not only refers to the time change but the Seasons.

Some say Spring ahead and Fall backward and others say Spring forward and Fall backward.

In AZ, they don’t say anything except what time is it and it’s a dry heat.
