CLEVELAND -- Imagine spending 48 years in a country, then you are told you are being deported to a country you dont remember and dont speak the language.
That is what is happening to Stefan Cina.
He moved to the United States with his parents when he was 2-years-old from Czechoslovakia.
He admits he got into legal trouble when he was young, but says has since lived a quiet, law-abiding life with his kids.
Stefan is set to be deported in October. Immigration and Customs Enforcement says Cina was ordered deported more than a decade ago.

Yet we refuse to deport George Soros.
Actions have consequences. If you are illegally in the US, talk to your illegal parents who brought you here. Don’t cry to us for your personal or family anguish. Go home, learn your home country culture, language, etc. And leverage your ill-gotten education and experience you stole from the US.
I don’t get to ignore court orders.
Neither should foreigners.
They should make a Law that requires the word “BECAUSE” be the last word in any Headline.
This is one reason why we need to pray to God that men like Trump continue to lead our country. If we ever elect another spineless democrat like 0bama, he’ll welcome all these people back and give them a million dollars each along with a certificate apologizing to them. Probably even give them a new home.
...but they never followed up...until now. Buh-bye!
I want all illegals out. Just because they got away with their crime for many years doesn’t make it any less of a crime.
More than a decade ago? Lol
More than a quarter century ago for receiving stolen property. And he spent time in prison for it.
Don’t DO THE CRIME IF YOU CANT PAY THE FINE!
“... was ordered deported by a federal immigration judge in 1991,
while serving a prison term for receiving stolen property ...
... challenged his removal before the Board of Immigration Appeals
and the U.S. Circuit Court, both of which
affirmed the immigration judges decision ordering his removal ...
... the agency has allowed him to remain free from custody
while timely finalizing his departure ...”

So he should have been gone 26 years ago.
See you later, Stefan! Now BEAT IT!!!
Sounds like he was a fence.....if he had gone ahead and left he would already be settled in by now.
See? BS sure goes out of their way to hide the relevant details. I’m surprised they reported said details at all.
Once again, Big Media is Fake News.
Yeah, really. I know I’ll sleep better tonight knowing this evildoer is off the street. I know, rules are rules and they should apply to everybody...
As far as soros is concerned, this nation drones known terrorists.
Get him out! 48 years and he didn’t get citizenship?
Should have obtained citizenship when he had the opportunity. Just like this guy.
‘No idea what I’m going to do,’ says man deported to Netherlands after nearly 6 decades in Canada
Van Heest moved to Canada with his parents when he was eight months old, and the country is the only home he has ever known.

I agree - but find it awfully ironic, hypocritical, and frustrating that authorities could deport this fellow who has, for most practical purposes, been a law-abiding resident, and has contributed positively - yet supposedly deport hundreds of thousands of VIOLENT FELON illegals from South of our border... Something is rather amiss...
