On Tuesday, D. James Kennedy Ministries (DJKM) filed a lawsuit against the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), the charity navigation organization GuideStar, and Amazon for defamation, religious discrimination, and trafficking in falsehood. The SPLC listed DJKM as a "hate group," while GuideStar also categorized it in those terms, and Amazon kept the ministry off of its charity donation program, Amazon Smile.
"We embarked today on a journey to right a terrible wrong," Dr. Frank Wright, president and CEO at DJKM, said in a statement Tuesday. "Those who knowingly label Christian ministries as 'hate' groups, solely for subscribing to the historic Christian faith, are either woefully uninformed or willfully deceitful. In the case of the Southern Poverty Law Center, our lawsuit alleges the latter."

Every Christian organization on “the list” needs to sue these bastards. The rabid left is flooding them with money now. Apple, Goldman Sachs, Hollywood etc have given them Millions recently. The SPLC “guidelines” also known as the list is being used to target many good and charitable organizations
this should be a class action law suit with others the organization hurt by the organization joining in....it would be great if this law suit could do to them what the y did to the KKK force them to sell there offices. Southern law poverty law center has milked the fact that it bankrupt the clan by law suit ( ((yes it is good that they did that))). but the uninformed or ill-informed believes it is benevolent in nature rather then an organization that with a specific political agenda.

Christian organizations are considered “hate groups” because they don’t applaud and cheer the sodomites.
The Christian group will lose the suit. It’s a free speech issue. I’ve heard commentators call SPLC a hate group. Does that mean SPLC can sue them? I’ve love to see SPLC lose, but that won’t happen.
The SPLC caused financial injury. Hope other Christian groups sue and bankrupt old Morris
The Family Research Council is also filing suit. A Leftist lunatic when into their headquarters and shot the place up, killing an employee. He did so after discovering this organization was listed as a “hate group” by the SPLC. Infowars is also gearing up to sue the b@st@rds who run the SPLC.
I'm not following your logic here. Why would they lose this case? Guessing: They can set up black lists if they choose. It's up to the readers if they want to use the list.
If that is what you're thinking and if your right then we really do need to make Google, Twitter and facebook under the "natural monopoly" laws. They do control +90 percent of those markets. These monopolies do use this hate group as their black list.
