Living in Upstate NY we would always get smokes,fireworks and booze on the Reservations. I don’t smoke anymore but politicians who legislate vice have better things to do. Idiots like Kaiser Billy Wilhelm open up the Black Market and encourage criminal behavior. BTW,as the city goes on a anti-smoking agenda(don’t sell “loosies” or you may get the death Penalty)the NYC Police are told to turn a blind eye to Pot.
And don’t tell the American Heart Assn., American Lung Assn. and Comrade Mayor De Blasio that “toking ain’t smokin”!
