Unless you consider hemorrhoids to be a cataclysmic disease. He went suicidal over that.
He was always overly grandiose about everything. His ego really messed him up. He’d bill some story as the biggest thing ever. He’d give a 30 minute sermon on how everyone needs to start being moral. Forgetting that he is supposed to be an entertainer and stop berating his audience.
