A deputy district attorney was the victim of a gruesome gang attack in Orange County, Calif., in an apparent attempt to prevent her from giving closing arguments in a gang murder trial.
The woman, whose name has been withheld, stumbled -- bloody and bruised -- into the Newport Workout gym in Newport Beach early Thursday morning, Fox 11 Los Angeles reported. A trainer inside the gym came to her aid.

"I heard things coming out of her mouth like, 'Was I raped?,' 'I was unconscious. I don't know how long,' 'Are they here?,' 'Are they coming?' Still a little scatterbrained," Cary said. "We turned around and saw a woman who could barely walk covered head-to-toe in blood.”

I really feel sorry for this poor woman, praying for her swift recovery.
I hope she is brave and testifies. Does she have a right to carry a firearm? If not then I hope she sues. Could she sue politicians personally for anti-CCW positions? I hate when the state is sued and tax payers foot the bill. But, this is California and the voters elect these idiots every election so maybe they could be personally be sued too.

Forever turning it into a race thing and creating further division. Thats what useful idiots do. Criminals come in many shapes, sizes and colors, including black and white. I don’t care what color they are, they need to be found, and arrested, and after a brief court proceeding, hung from the nearest tree or lamp post.
A problem as I see it is that she is not able to identify anyone.
Before I give a shi’te.....is she a Democrat or is she a decent person?
I expect that she will testify if and when someone is charged and prosecuted. It’s going to be extremely difficult to investigate this. Maybe as a member of the DA’s office she could be eligible for CCW.
Unknown to me what her political affiliation is. She has not yet been publicly identified.
