The rule was changed this year.....if you voted in the D primary, you cannot vote in the R runoff! Thank goodness the Republicans finally wised up and did this.

I think the only ones prohibited from voting in the Republican runoff are those who voted in the Democrat primary.
So McConnell/Barbour/Rove/Strange can recruit voters who didn’t vote at all (Rs, Ds, Is) as well as those who voted in the Republican primary.
Ds and Is who did not vote in the Dim primary can vote in the Republican runoff.
