There is a computer that records a lot of things of a cars functions in today’s cars including exactly what time of day it’s being driven, were it’s driven, and what position the gear and shifter was in, and the postions the throttle body was in at any given moment.
It can proven by the car’s computer it this was actually a accident were the man panicked and thought he had the gear in reverse to get out of there.

There is also a YouTube video that shows Micah Washington, who was in the passenger seat of the car, exiting the Camry post-crash, and hopping over the hood of the car to get to the other side of the street. She did all of this in a black mini skirt, and showed no sign of injury whatsoever.
My understanding of the $3 million lawsuit they filed is that is was for mental suffering.

I live in Charlottesville and have a personal interest in this story.
A great deal of what has been reported in the MSM is riddled with falsehoods.
The YouTube videos posted on this subject by sonofnewo and many of the comments are highly informative and highlight the many anomalies in the reporting related to the events in Charlottesville on August 12th.
