Yes, could be. But here's a picture that looks fairly authentic, and below that the same picture showing a little more of her. She certainly doesn't appear to be the waif generally portrayed by the media.

Add to that her mother's claim that she died of a heart attack and the comment about "a leg wound" (which may have been nothing more than a scratch), and the fake news media's incessant lies, and I've got to wonder. Just saying. I mean, have we been lied to again?

Indeed, there are images all over, confirmed, of Heather Heyer - and yes, she had grown rather large and out-of-shape. Apparently not how the family wanted her to be remembered (and then we can also surmise the media was pleased they didn’t use more recent photos as it would not fit the narrative of a young, pretty, and helpless young lass).
