We can't reach them, but we don't really need to. If we can pick up, for example 20% of the "black" vote, the democRATs don's stand a chance.
I agree with that, and that should be our goal.
Strike that in a way, our goal should be to implement sound policies that appeal to Whites, Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, and anyone else who lives in the U. S., because they improve their lives.
When we do that, folks will support our cause.

Addressing the laws of the nation with regard to illegal immigration didn’t cost Trump votes. It won him votes.
