Neice and nephew in Port Charlotte. Not sure where they’re going to go now.
Anyone that don’t know where to go in Hillsborough Co should check this link...

It shows the demographics of a the schools in the county broken down by race of every student that attends that school!
We have a daughter, and son-in-law and our two youngest grandchildren, ages 4 and 7 in Dunedin. They cannot leave due to their jobs. She is a nurse scheduled to work at the hospital Monday afternoon or as soon as she can safely drive there. He is FEMA certified and works for the city of Clearwater. He must work until 7pm tomorrow before he can join his family at the home of friends that just had new hurricane proof roof and windows installed and live in a non-evac zone. Plus the men boarded the windows up this morning. They have a trunk full of canned goods and 7 cases of water, plus a water purifier we sent them. This is the first hurricane they have faced since they moved there. My daughter is terrified.
Currently the published time lines look like our son-in-law will not be able to safely drive to their friend’s home before hurricane force winds start, but he is stubborn enough to try.
My sister is going to ride this out in her doublewide like she has every other storm in her sixty years as a Florida native. I know it’s a bad decision but she is a very stubborn woman.
Yeah, we’re worried.
