Fox News just announced the decision to terminate popular host Eric Bolling amid allegations of inappropriate text messages — but as of Saturday morning, that was the least of Bolling's troubles. Sources are now reporting that Bolling's 19-year-old son, affectionately known as “Eric Chase,” passed away on Friday night. A source close to Eric Bolling confirmed the news to Mediaite. A statement from Fox News is expected soon.
Bolling has spoken of his son fondly and often on Twitter:
It is clear that Bolling deeply loved his son and took great pride in watching him grow up.

IIRC, the pics were sent 15 years ago when Eric was working on Wall Street. His kid would have been 4 years old. That timeline may not be correct, but I’ve always heard the 15-year thing.
So sorry you lost your brother that way. I have a friend whose son committed suicide before I knew him. His wife said he didn’t like to talk about it, so I never mentioned it.

Look, I have no earthly idea, I have never watched this man’s show. If Sean Hannity likes him and thinks he’s a good guy, that is good enough for me as I completely trust Sean. However. If many women say he sent them pictures of his privates, I mean, I assume they have these photos? I assume there would be some (I’ll leave out the word hard) evidence? And when this first came out, he said something like he couldn’t recall if he sent them or not?!?! I KNOW if I sent any pictures of my privates to people, BECAUSE I HAVE NOT. So I don’t know whether he is wrongly accused.
But either way, for him to be fired for this (again, I’d like to hope there was actual evidence or such a firing would be met with killer lawsuits), it is HUMILIATING for his teen college son. Really breaks my heart.

Except for the women who were brave enough to take on Bill and Hillary Clinton, none of the women accusing Eric or Herman, O’Reilly or anyone else of sexual improprieties has ever come forth as I recall. They just slink back into the slime they came from with the help of the shyster Allred!
What happened to the owner of the restaurant in Huntington Beach,CA who spouted off about Donald Trump? Her brother spoke up and said she was full of it. Back into the woodwork. There has to be a price for these women to pay for this slander and defamation. I wanted to see Eric Bolling go full bore into clearing his name and was disappointed at the earlier news on Friday..
This is a terrible tragedy for Eric Bolling and his family. The death of an only child is too painful to contemplate. Bless Hannity and James Woods for speaking to him and the family by twitter.. I’m waiting for all the current FOX (on camera) personnel to speak up. Afraid of losing a job? TOUGH! Maybe they have and I haven’t seen it. If we can’t count on seeing them publicly expressing their sorrow to the Bolling family, then they aren’t worth our time; some haven’t been for a long time anyway. Has FOX let anyone mention/announce it on the air?
Hearing this news about Eric Bolling’s son reminded me that Brit Hume’s son committed suicide also years ago - 1998. Another tough time and tragedy for the family...
Beautifully written........just think Caroline Heldman and she’ll have her name come up in the Bolling and O’Reilly accusations. I can’t stand that woman or her looks or the way she talks down her nose at interviewers like she’s the smartest woman in the world (wonder where I’ve heard that?). There are other women I’m sure but Fox sure doesn’t waste any time ridding themselves of those who are accused and I wonder just how thorough the investigations really are. Some women can bring a man down just by SAYING she was sexually harassed to the detriment of those women who have actually been sexually harassed.
