That is the question.
It’s easy to point a finger and make an accusation and have sycophants back you up so you can take out an opponent.
No doubt in my mind that Fox had digital forensics all over this in the investigation. If they fired him, they have pretty compelling evidence that the picture or pictures came from Bollings’s phone.
Bolling comes from a baseball/jock culture, and these antics aren’t unusual in that scene even into middle age.
I don’t know what happened, but this is certainly more believable than not. Fox would be exposed to a terrible lawsuit unless they had certainty.
