Lawsuits are good if you can get any immunity deal with her nullified and her governmental position immunity rescinded, retroactively.
Lerner is a political whore and Kosiken is corrupt as hell and incompetent. Fire him for incompetency and then do a full audit of his time in office. That should bring up a few snakes from the pit.
