The beltway GOP has shown over the past 9 months that they do not want to govern with Trump in the White House. Not much POTUS can do about that. Time for Plan B.
And what if plan B is what the uniparty had in mind all along?
In other words, the uniparty bet that Trump would do deals with democrats if republicans stonewalled him. They want that as the plan pushes Trump towards his natural political liberal propensity, and keeps the uniparty safe.
Deals are great but where does this go? There is no way in hell Democrats go along with building a wall, cutting taxes, or repealing O’care...so do we end up with little to nothing done? If so, checkmate for the uniparty.
McConnell and Ryan have more excuses for the Republican congress not being able to anything than Hillary has for losing the presidency and that is a pretty sad damned state of affairs for a political party totally in charge! The GOP congress is a total embarrassment to the country and to their voters. This will not play well in November 2018 for the GOP.
