I visited Gatlinburg over Labor Day weekend. In the Alcatraz East Crime Museum they have that same picture of Gacy hanging next to that very same clown outfit. In fact, they have two of his clown outfits on display along with his wallet and the contents of it and the leather jacket he was wearing when he was arrested.
Very creepy standing less than a foot away from those items.
