A Marine who was arrested in May for flying a white nationalist banner during a Confederate celebration has been kicked out of the Marine Corps.
Staff Sgt. Joseph Manning was arrested on May 20 in Graham, North Carolina, after hanging a banner with a white supremacist expression, the Marine Corps Times reported. Manning was charged with first degree trespass.
Manning, who joined the Corps in 2002, is a Purple Heart recipient who served in both Afghanistan and Iraq.

If you happen to be in a government department of any sort, local, state, or federal, take a look around the cubicles and offices. Do you see any posters / buttons / bumper stickers supporting a past or current president? Which president?

There was no expression of hatred towards any group on a racial basis, no advocacy of violence towards any group on a racial basis, and no advocacy of systemic disadvantage for any group on a racial basis.

There’s a procedure involved when one gets kicked out of military service it’s called a courts martial. That report contained none of that .
Evropa is Richard Spencer's organization and big on Nazi imagery and slogans. They blame Jews for everything. If they didn't exist, the Left would have to invent them. Getting caught marching with Spencer's goons, he should've expected nothing less that to be kicked out.
You can get kicked out through NJP or "non-judicial punishment." It's typically reserved for activities related to insubordination, disregarding orders, minor crimes and whatnot. In the Navy (and I presume USMC) it's referred to as "Captain's Mast" or simply "Mast."
Under certain situations the accused can demand a Court Martial where he is allowed legal representation. It's a gamble because if found guilty, the punishment is usually a bad conduct or dishonorable discharge that will follow him for life and close a lot of doors. Going to Mast, the worst that happens is getting administratively separated, busted down in rank, loss of pay and maybe a little time in the brig. If you get kicked out as a result, you'll still retain many veteran's benefits that you'd otherwise lose being Court Martialed.
For serious offenses, you're going to be Court Martialed no matter what.
Post a Trump sticker in your cubicle and see how fast it takes before you're summoned to a meeting in the Human Resources office.
