My question to Brown is “why”?

It’s votes = power = money
Gov Jerry Brown works a behalf of China and Russia.
“Climate Change” is being used as a global economic shift towards world totalitarianism.
China and Russia are working together in this effort. China is the money and Russia is the muscle. They are using North Korea to directly threaten CA.
China is using economic leverage to force the tech giants to do its bidding. This is why you are seeing increased “censorship” on social media platforms.
