No, to the diehards, this was not a perfect bill, BUT it did decentralize our healthcare and it did eliminate the individual mandate and the business mandates, and it did defund Planned Parenthood!!

Perhaps those that need cheaper insurance should start writing letters to foreign health insurers begging for much cheaper medically foreign office underwritten coverage and then just try to dodge the PPACA penalty.
