Notice what the web site is careful to point out:

“Keep in mind there are 1700 NFL Players and their arrest rates are lower than the USA arrest rate.”

But is that a true statement, or a statistical fib? Is that comparing apples to oranges? In theory almost everyone in the NFL is a college graduate or someone who has attended —and passed— three to four years of college.

How do the NFL stats compare to that segment of the population? I’m guessing there is a significant difference.
