He could either flip and turn on them, OR he has a well-hidden envelope with an "Open in the Event of My Death" label on it, in which case if he gets whacked by someone wanting to make a name for himself, they get it, as well.
IMO, that's why Hillary is keeping in the public eye. Lots of people have plenty of reason$$$ to be upset with her. And, if someone opens an investigation, she still can yell "Sexist! Politically Motivated!!" and might be able to get away with it, depending on the venue.
