I’d like to see the SCOTUS refuse to honor any rulings from the 9th Circuit Court. In effect, it would for a period of time render it powerless.

Perhaps it could suspend the 9th Circuit Court’s ability to adjudicate law for 18 to 24 months.

When the court promised to get back to Constitutional law, it could be empowered again.

The SCOTUS has to overrule the 9th constantly.

One of the best things POTUS could do for the country would be to dissolve the 9th District Court.
