White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders quickly smacked down a liberal reporter complaining about Trump calling NFL players “sons of bitches” for protesting the National Anthem.
What about our Veterans? What about the gold star moms? Nobody feels sorry for overpaid, ungrateful athletes.
“I think it’s always appropriate for the President of the United States to defend our flag, to defend the national anthem.”

Sarah Huckabee Sanders is AWESOME LOVE HER..funny how these same “Journalists” never questioned their Saint Obama about the many things he said, like calling Trayvon Martin his “Son” like calling the police stupid..targeting Conservatives by the IRS, the list goes on and on and on and on

I also liked when she said that if this was a protest against police abuse, then the players should take it to the cops on the field that are protecting them and leave the National Anthem out of it.

I have no problem with the President’s criticism of those despicable/disposable players who are protesting against this nation’s flag, but I wish he had not used the term’sons of bitches.’ I think he could have gotten the point a cross with a ‘classier’ word like despicable.
Or, “deplorable”.
I’m old enough to remember when JFK said, “My father told me that all businessmen are SOBs”. The media was practically orgasmic.

Realized the article was about another Sanders.
Old Joe was certainly an expert on that.
I also liked when she said that if this was a protest against police abuse, then the players should take it to the cops on the field that are protecting them and leave the National Anthem out of it.
That 0.05% of police are abusive more to blacks than to other suspects?
They are not protesting police brutality. They can’t be protesting institutional anti -black racism because there is so little.
So what are they protesting? A FEW BLACK SUSPECTS GET ABUSED BY A FEW WHITE COPS, few and far between. Not all bad cops are white and not all suspects who get too much force are black.
Please explain, people, what it is you can’t honor the whole country’s flag and anthem for. Why dis the entire military and all the heroes who died for you, because a few cops abused a few people whose skin was dark?
