No, if he’d been a conservative Trump supporter resigning it would have been the lede. As it stands, he’s just a run-of-the-mill establishment Republican. Might as well be a Democrat.

"The polling for Moore must be good."

Bingo, So that will be Corker, Flake ( IMHO Ward will spank him ) McCain? We don't know how long the good L-rd will give him, and Collins is going to retire to run for Governor.

Who else will announce in Judge Moore wins?

Will they vote for Graham Cassidy by 11:59 on 09/30 50/50 w/ a Pence Tie Breaker? Will they finally give a hat tip team Trump and realize this Trumpian movement is real?

Let's see....

Corker was one of the major players in the disastrous agreement between Obama and the Senate on the Iran Nuclear deal The chickens are coming home to roost on the how Obama and Corker enabled tech transfer and financing of nuclear proliferation of weapons to terrorist regimes in North Korea, Iran , Venezuela and Cuba

Over the next year details of the seriousness of the situation will begin to filter out as the Trump Admin slowly breaks the bad news to the American people to gain support for the potentially harsh measures we must take to solve the problem

By this time next year re election will be out of the question as Corker will be dodging tar and feather teams looking to ride him out of Washington on a rail for his role in the Iranian nuclear fiasco

Good riddance to one of my RINO senators.

Naw, they don’t even wait until after they’re elected to start doing that, these days. See Thad Cochran, Haley Barbour, establishment GOP, buying black Democrat votes in order to keep a solid conservative-Chris McDaniel-out of Congress, and calling their own base “racists” (not to mention smearing Mr McDaniel) for trying to elect our representatives on our own.

Why wait Bob? Quit now and beat the RINO rush. You can hide all the pitchforks & torches, change your name, get plastic surgery. Iran deal not a treaty, eh? You POS.

There are options that could be used but I was thinking along the lines
of 3 terms which would allow for 1/3 being replaced every six years.

12 years for both Senate and House sounds better IMO

At the moment only one has thrown his hat in the ring for Corker’s seat. Larry Crimm. He’s run for various offices over the years, mostly on the “D” ticket. He’s running on the “R” ticket this time. He’s a “not only NO, but HAY-YELL NO!” candidate. Praying hard for a Conservative to jump in.

Good. He can now make the big bucks being an out-of-the-closet consultant for Iran.

I am very, very happy to hear this. Bob Corker is the single person - other than Barack Obama - who is responsible for the Iran deal. He could have insisted that the Constitution be followed and that the deal be forwarded to the Senate as a treaty (where 2/3 approval would be needed), but he struck a deal to overturn the Treaty Power of the Senate and require that 2/3 of BOTH houses be necessary to overturn the deal.

My only disappointment is that he wasn’t beaten by a Trump-like Republican challenger...but I’ll settle for him being gone and a Trump-like Republican taking his place.

I SPIT on Bob Corker’s memory - we have yet to see the full results of his duplicity.

The Elevator Shoe Concession in the Senate is going to see a serious cutback in it’s sales.

Gotta wash my pants now. If only Collins wins and appoints LePage to finish out her Senate term. Pie in the sky. Heller for Gov. has a nice ring. Can he get the message? Corker should quit now. Appoint Blaclburn for a running start.
