Extra security has been added near the statue of retired Ravens star Ray Lewis at M&T Bank Stadium after he joined current players Sunday in kneeling during the national anthem, provoking calls to remove the likeness.
As of mid-afternoon Wednesday, more than 36,000 people had signed an online petition on change.org that advocates for the removal of the Lewis statue “because of his refusal to stand during the National Anthem.

The owners heard what their customers were saying and they were not prepared for what they had to say.
Astute business people know how to treat customers and they all accepted guidance and advice from someone that has shown no regard for the customer base.
These guys (owners) know better and it had to be a kick in the gut when people with whom they have long term relationships burned their gear and told them to shove it.

Lewis witnessed two murders in Atlanta and claimed he didn’t know the facts of the case . I have never watched a game he has ever played in . That’s how much I adore that thug .

I signed it when it was down around 21K. If you haven’t signed it, I urge you to do so. If he can’t honor the flag especially in a foreign nation, he doesn’t deserve a statue honoring him and his career.
