It appears to me that China has assessed the danger and is dealing with the issue in a cogent and effective manner. Just like the British dealt with the Thugis, Islam is going to have to be dealt with in the same manner.

Cogent and effective? I think not. Those people won't abandon their beliefs because their government confiscates their korans.

You can't deprogram cultists by force. About the only effective thing you can do, is eject them from the country. I wouldn't put it past the Chinese to do just that.
