Never before have so many claimed to be so oppressed and mistreated over so little as Americans in 2017.
You are not oppressed if you fail to take advantage of the opportunities available to you. If you are allowing peer pressure to keep you down, first blame yourself and then, and only then, blame your fellows who have convinces you to live apart from society at large.

I’m with ya on those. The article is referring to ethnic and racial groups claiming “oppression” just because of their membership in some group, not because of some action taken by them or their group.
Judging from the actions of our elected elite, their appointed bureaucracy and their connected cronies all the rest of us are to be oppressed to the fiscal maximum.
