It does not seem he had a regular job anyplace for very long.
Could be a high level criminal good at not getting caught, for example.
It would do much to explain his lack of a paper trail.
I wonder what his IRS filings look like, or if he had any.
Does he have a social security number?
Sounds like an “off the grid” kind of guy.
Like I keep asking...where did he get his money?
