Afford or not afford its the principle.
Gmnt is in the pockets of the unions and represents those with a hand out vs working class people.
The fools in the state keep voting these a holes in.

Maybe a supplemental property tax bill will open some eyes but I kinda doubt it.
My taxes in Laud/Pomp were 1/3 of these.Thats my med premiums and HO insurance.

No thanks

Do you mean Ft. Lauderdale? Or are you in CT?

Hubby and I have been exploring all over the southeast U.S. over the past 10+ years (on and off). It's only a matter of time before we make the exodus out of CT, like thousands before us.

I will leave with kind of a heavy heart, as I still have lots of family and friends here in the northeast. Makes me SO angry the 'RATs have destroyed the state I (mostly) grew up in.
