No laces == no nooses.

A lost shoelace at Michigan State University caused a racial uproar Wednesday after someone mistook it for a noose.
MSU President Lou Anna K. Simon released a statement Wednesday morning saying she was “distressed” after finding out “a student reported a noose was hung outside of her room.” Simon commended the student’s “courage” for reporting the “racial incident” and put out a clear message.
“This type of behavior is not tolerated on our campus,” Simon said. “No Spartan should ever feel targeted based on their race, or other ways in which they identify.”
But by Wednesday afternoon, the investigation by MSU Police revealed there was no noose.

This has to be a coverup. No snowflakes can tie their own shoes - so no use for shoelaces.
Imagine if they dipped the shoelace in pumpkin spice. There would have been stampede injuries.

Long stretch but: They take shoelaces away from certain people as they can be used in connection with hangings. Cousin to a noose.
And remember the banana peel left in a tree at Ole Miss that caused another racial incident?
Yeah, boy, nooses, HUGE MODERN DAY PROBLEM! Everywhere I go all I see is nooses and people dangling from them.
Gotta ban rope, twine, thread, and bump rope, bump twine and bump thread, which transforms semi-automatic nooses into fully automatic nooses.
Is there any actual point to colleges and people in colleges any more?

Was it a WHITE shoelace? That must have been the trigger. Ban white shoelaces, the obvious KKK and white supremacy reference is undeniable.

This happens again and again and every time the schools go crazy. Whether it’s a paper lantern thought to be a noose, a Franciscan friar thought to be a Klansman, a coed wrapped in a bedsheet also thought to be a Klansman or now a shoelace these people seem incapable of not over-reacting.
