From now on, police helicopter patrols will, by necessity contain a two-man counter-sniper team that can be dropped on an opposing rooftop to counter any similar active shooter situation.
Not sure I’m convinced the “sheepdogs” did all that much for the sheep. And FWIW, sheep dogs herd sheep. Dogs who protect sheep are of a different sort.
Pretty hard for a “sheep dog” to protect the sheep from a long range shooter...
