It’s a detailed interview the New York Times did with the guy staying in 31-134, right below the room with the second broken window.
He could hear the shooter firing out of the window right above him, and then moving to fire out of the more distant window, and then coming back and firing out the window above him. Said he could hear debris hitting his own window.
One thing I’ve never understood is how Paddock could monitor the cameras he set up to see people coming and at the same time be shooting out the windows.
Or were there two shooters? While Paddock shot out of one window, the other watched the surveillance cameras. Then the other guy shot for a while, and Paddock watched the cameras.

That is something that puzzles me as well.
