As long as he continues to stick with the citizens and the rule of law he will be fine.

The ones siding with illegal aliens and their employers need to be replaced.

Trump will be gone when there is someone better to replace him with.

Until then, settle in for the full eight years.

Talking about it every ten minutes is tantamount to sitting in the back seat and asking, “Are we there yet?”

NO! And shut the hell up!

Trump has proven himself to be the only one we can trust.

He has tapped into the inner psyche of the Republic in a way no man has since Washington.

He gets the American spirit, understands the hopes, dreams and fears of ordinary citizens. He understands the soul of this nation.

Trump is the living embodiment of the American Revolution.

And the reason is not because we are diehard ideologues or automations who are under his spell, but because despite the occasional deviation or choice that we might disagree with, on balance Trump represents the best chance we have of returning the nation to the rule of law, breaking the stranglehold of crony capitalists, labor unions, and entrenched deep state political operatives and politicians, and because he is able to stand up to the media and it’s enablers like no one we have ever seen before.

That’s why when some talking head with minimal knowledge pronounces doom and gloom (like Roger Stone did today about the new DHS pick), the vast majority of us simply ignore them. We don’t necessarily always agree with or support Trump but we trust his judgement much more than the opinions of these nitpickers.

Trump is, by his very nature, an iconoclast. He couldn't become part of the swamp even if he wanted to.

Don't waste time worrying about Trump becoming a swamp creature.

Ain't gonna happen.

It just kills them that Trump's supporters are so steadfast.

Exactly. That’s why the one thing I gripe about here is the staff decisions. There are people on his staff who would fit in better in a Jeb! administration and who think the key to Trump’s success is to moderate him. No, he was elected on a winning platform because he wasn’t establishment. When his staff is leaking, contradicting him publicly, or are trying to push him away from what he ran on, that’s not draining the swamp. We’ve seen so many pro-Trump people forced out and looking in, and I think it would be easier to drain the swamp without some of the swamp in the White House.

As far as his base going anywhere, he does have an unnatural base in that it’s in a really interesting alignment of different kinds of people, a lot of people, as you know, we missed during the election.

I find this a very interesting statement. An "unnatural base"??? ... an alignment of different people "WE" missed during the election."

Seen her a few times on CNN, she definitely seems to be the only analyst I have seen that seems to have a clue about Trump’s supporters and she usually is dismissed by the left wing bone smoking pillow biters that pass for the rest of their analysts.
