They’ll blame climate change, being the rigid warmist ideologues that they are, but rational, open-minded people understand that if this was occurring 40 years ago in the same area that perhaps there’s an ongoing, underlying natural process at work that has nothing to do with human activity. Like, maybe, volcanic activity beneath the ice? That’s not unheard of there, you know.
