Jane Fonda: 'I Don’t Regret Going to Vietnam' - 'I'm Proud That I Went'
Breitbart ^ | October 16, 2017 | Jeff Poor

Last week on BBC's "Hardtalk," actress Jane Fonda was asked by show host Stephen Sackur if inside her she had a "sense of regret" for her 1972 visit to North Vietnam at the height of the Vietnam War.

Fonda denied having any regret about the visit itself and argued she had justifications for the trip.

[Snip]

The [only] part she said she had regretted was appearing with the anti-aircraft and looking that she was against American soldiers and "siding with the enemy," which she said wasn't the case.

You stupid traitorous vacant bitch...you sided with the enemy once you stepped off the plane.

BS, Jane. You and every other radical Lefty back then were quite obviously rooting hard for an American defeat, which necessarily means you were rooting for American soldiers to die.

The shame is that she came back.

Fonda should have been tried for treason.

Seriously she should have gone away a long time ago. Can’t stand to see her overly plastic face, Hanoi Jane you are not fooling anyone with all that surgery, you old, nasty commie crow.

And when my female friends fawn over her “oh she looks so amazing” I want to vomit. (I’m female BTW)

She’s ashamed she didn’t speak out about Harvey Weinstein, but she’s proud of her treason. Disgusting.

Let’s not overstate this bimbos contribution to the war. She was another useful idiot. But ultimately her treason had little actual benefit for the NVA. I recall being disgusted back then but never felt she actually achieved anything. All this attention on her only falsely inflates her importance.

Cannot imagine the pain and anger a vet or active duty soldier felt and feels about seeing her with those troops.

Do the peddlers of misinformation really not understand that misinformation is as important as guns and ammunition in war. We won every major battle in Vietnam; we had complete air and naval superiority. But the enemy had people on the left whole heartedly spreading humiliating misinformation and treating our own young men and women with contempt.

Our soldiers were typically treated better on leave in Saigon than they were when they returned to the United States. We have heard first hand accounts repeatedly that during the Vietnam War nurses and female personnel could walk the streets safely in uniform in Saigon. But in Honolulu nurses and other female personnel were often told to conceal that they were members of the military in public for their own safety.

The North Vietnamese prevailed because of traitors like Hanoi Jane.

I agree about no greater love...

But would like to know the truth.

It completely matters what the Deep State was doing in ‘Nam if the war was just a cover for their drug running.

I would suggest any lining up to decorate her grave wear hip boots since there will be deep and slimy mud even if it hasn’t rained in months...

I vaguely remember a story where a POW slipped a message to her suripticously behind the backs of the N Vietnamese and she immediately and dutifully ratted them out. There are no words for what I think of her. I think she was my first boycott

Pride cometh before the fall.

She has been judges a traitor by those who served. By that time Hollywood had been taken over by the Socialist Intelligentsia, and she knew that she would be taken care of for life.

They are going to have to put a pump on her grave (To drain the water). Because of all the people that are going to ... lets us say, have to release the pressure. Also, the people attending need to pack a lunch. It should be a very long line!!

That’s right. But it won’t bother the Vietnam vets.
