I’m a soon to be former season ticket holder for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Mark Lamping is just a lackey. Shad Khan, the owner, is directly responsible for supporting the protest in London. Khan needs to apologize and grovel for forgiveness to the citizens and veterans of Jacksonville. I think the Jaguar organization was shocked at the empty seats at first home game since the London debacle and the full impact of their stupidity has hit home.
Khan has squandered away all the good will he was afforded from the citizens of Jacksonville. Trust and respect once lost is “very” difficult to win back. I think the NFL has dug a very deep hole and it will be hard to climb out...
That’s what I don’t get. In business classes, one of the things that was beaten into us was good will.
Good will is not debatable. It is imperative for any business to thrive.
