I believe it is a crafted PR plan. I do not see anything suspicious about it. It is an obvious business move to attempt to limit liability.

Billions of dollars in lawsuits on the horizon for the Hotel. A mis-stated word by Jesus could easily mean tens of millions lost for the owners.
