That by itself ain't gonna cut it. Have you noticed how Baraq Insane stacked our courts with "His Judges"? Have you also noticed the GOPe led Congress will do nothing to attack Insane's corruption and unconstitutional acts?
National Popular Vote bill,
It has been enacted into law in 11 states with 165 electoral votes (CA, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, RI, VT, WA). This interstate compact will take effect when enacted by states with 105 more electoral votes.
